Royal London Foundation - member nomination

To nominate, you must be a Royal London member. Once Royal London have confirmed your member details, we will invite your chosen organisation to apply for the funds by completing a more detailed form. They will have four weeks from receipt of the form to apply.

Please note that you will not be able save and resume this form, therefore we suggest drafting answers to the questions offline and inputting these when you are ready to submit your nomination.

The nominated organisation has an income under £500,000 and is aligned to the theme and supports a cause or group of people directly affected by either chronic conditions or by longer-term challenges such as poverty or social mobility issues. It does not have a broad demographic/general community use. It doesn’t have a political or religious affiliation.
I confirm that the organisation is aware of this nomination and will be able to provide the supporting evidence outlined in the terms & conditions.
I confirm they, and I, are aware that they will be contacted by our partners UKCF, not Royal London, to progress, and the timescales, for contact.
